Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about natural variation, sizing and quantity, samples, inventory, packaging, delivery, retail purchase and quotations.
How do I choose the right stone and size?
Start with the application, intended appearance, installation depth or arrangement and maintenance conditions. Then compare active sizes and offers; request a sample when appearance is critical.
Will delivered stone look exactly like the photograph?
No. Natural stone varies in color, veining, shape and size, and displays affect perceived color. Images and samples indicate an appearance range; review the order specification before approval.
How is the required quantity estimated?
Area, installation depth, stone size and shape affect quantity. The website estimator is for initial planning; project quantities are reviewed after the product and site conditions are known.
When should I request a sample?
Use a sample when color, texture or size must be assessed in a design, beside other materials or for client approval. A sample does not guarantee perfect uniformity across natural material.
Is inventory controlled by weight?
Yes. Operational inventory is kept in weighted lots and allocation feasibility is checked again before an order is finalized.
When should I request a quotation?
Wholesale, projects, export, samples and orders that do not qualify for online payment are reviewed through the quotation workflow.
Is packaging the same for every stone?
No. Packaging is separate from the physical variant, and only active compatible options appear on each product page.
When are delivery method and cost confirmed?
Retail checkout shows only valid published rates. For heavy, multi-product, wholesale or export requirements, destination and transport are reviewed in the quotation; no freight estimate is invented.
How is actual-weight variance settled?
Variance within the product tolerance becomes an amount due or refund; larger variance requires renewed customer approval.
